Hi, I’m Ivory,

As a Servant Leader, Educator, Creative, and Autism Mom, I have honed my skills in community and education leadership for over 15 years. My humble upbringing and experiences as a mother to a child on the spectrum have driven me to become a staunch advocate for anti-racism, equity, and inclusion within educational spaces. I am particularly passionate about promoting marginalized voices and coaching parents of Neurodiverse children, given my own non-traditional path to education and career advancement. My goal is to empower caretakers and educators to embrace and enhance the learning experience of children who think differently through my specially designed courses.

Parents/Caretakers of neurodivergent children:

Learning about your child's diagnosis is transformative. Fear, guilt, anger, and confusion persist. I know; I've been there and often find myself still feeling some of those emotions. As a single mother to an exceptional 6-year-old child who has autism, I can tell you firsthand how challenging the journey is. Only by embracing your child and their experience as well as your own will you and your child thrive. A diagnosis is not a sentence letter. It is a road map toward a thriving life. However, you will need support. Community and Education are essential. While you process your child's diagnosis and seek out services for your child, seek out services for your mental and emotional health too. I am here to help. Please take one of my courses to embrace and transform your parenting.
